- Delivery speed depends on the shipping option selected at checkout

Temperature and Product Care
Our chocolates are crafted with high-quality ingredients and are sensitive to temperature.
- During colder months, melting is less of a concern
- However, we highly recommend adding dry ice to your order for optimal protection
- If selecting overnight shipping, dry ice may not be necessary
Elysium Confections is not responsible for temperature-related damage when protective options are declined.
Local Pick-Up
Local pick-up is available for your convenience.
- A pick-up window will be provided after your order has been processed
- Current pick-up hours:
Monday – Sunday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Please ensure you arrive within your scheduled window to maintain product quality.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final.
- No refunds will be issued once an order has been shipped or picked up
- We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products
